## What they're looking for

- Concept and design across campaigns, paid media, social, email, web, retail, packaging, presentations, partnerships, experiential, and other consumer-facing touchpoints
- Develop creative from concept through final execution, maintaining a high level of craft and consistency
- Translate creative briefs, marketing objectives, and business needs into strong visual concepts
- Create both static and motion assets for paid social, organic social, digital campaigns, and other channels
- Work closely with the marketing, growth, social, partnerships, and content teams to bring campaigns to life
- Design for performance: understanding how creative, messaging, hierarchy, and format can influence CTR, CVR, engagement, and ROAS
