## About the role

Wag! is looking for an I.T. & Security Manager. You will work hands-on and cross-functionally across IT administration, infrastructure management, development, and support teams. The role requires a strong balance of day-to-day hands-on operational I.T. and core system administration alongside proactive and reactive security engineering, high-level policy design, and infrastructure management. This role is full-time and in-person 5x a week in our downtown Miami office.

- Manage and administer core corporate I.T. infrastructure, systems, and SaaS stack including MDM, Okta, and Google Workspace
- Automate I.T. helpdesk with AI agents and workflows
- Provide hands-on operational I.T. support, user provisioning, and system maintenance across corporate devices and environments
- Provide security expertise and guidance on new projects and technologies
- Select and deploy vulnerability management tools across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and applications to detect vulnerabilities and security misconfigurations
- Facilitate internal audits and penetration tests
