## What they're looking for

- Assist in the daily triage of user questions, access and license requests, and support tickets for our AI platform under the guidance of senior team members
- Shadow senior team members during onboarding sessions, office hours, and training to learn how we drive adoption, and help prepare enablement materials
- Support the onboarding, basic setup, and troubleshooting of AI tools (e.g., chat assistants, agent tools, and reusable skills) for business users
- Assist in writing, reviewing, and updating platform documentation, user guides, FAQs, and internal communications
- Gather evidence and documentation to support responsible AI goals, including usage policies, data handling standards, and governance reviews
- Track adoption and usage metrics and help prepare simple reports for the team
