- Strategic Advisory: Act as a primary financial advisor to plant and functional leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable strategies to improve business outcomes
- Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive a Lean Manufacturing mindset. Identify and execute value-added process improvements that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
- Team Mentorship : Supervise and develop the finance staff (including Financial Analysts), ensuring high performance, professional growth, and effective cross-training within the group
- Regulatory Oversight: Maintain a robust internal control environment to ensure all accounting procedures are fully compliant with GAAP and FICAP standards
