## What they're looking for

- Work with the GSS UX Design and Research team to help conceptualize and develop solutions to user problems
- Support the creation of design deliverables and documentation to help gather feedback on design solutions from internal stakeholders and users
- Collaborate with development teams to understand concept feasibility and support design hand-offs
- Collaborate with the design ops team to help define, document, and evolve, reasonable UI components that support designed-to-code workflow using tools like Figma, Claude, and GitHub
- Assist in preparing and executing research activities such as interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and card sorting
- Join weekly design and research review meetings to share work and receive feedback
