## About the role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the deployment of our solution to our customers!

## What they're looking for

- You will be responsible for the operational deployment of the solution with the Integration team and will be the reference contact for customers on a daily basis
- You will ensure the management of projects through a structured approach based on tools and best practices (kick-off, progress report, project committees, etc.) and will be responsible for customer satisfaction
- You identify risks and raise opportunities to enable global deployment, in conjunction with your Lead Project Manager
- You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the formalization of good practices
- You participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the improvement of the platform
- You may be required to support junior resources onboarding
