## About the role

We're hiring an SDR Manager to help scale one of the fastest-growing teams at Warp. You'll lead a team responsible for creating qualified pipeline through outbound, coach SDRs into great sellers, and help build the hiring, ramp, and operating systems we need as the team grows from 20 to 50+. Our SDR team went from 0 to 20 in under nine months and has hit target eight months in a row. Four SDRs have earned promos in the last quarter. You'll help us build on that foundation while keeping the team fast and ambitious.
