## About the role

Wasabi's Commissions Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing commission plans and ensuring that all monthly earned commissions are calculated accurately and on time. This role is an integral part of the Sales Operations team, assisting with quota planning and reviewing rep performance. The Commissions Analyst will also be responsible for managing CaptivateIQ .

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience with Salesforce and commission software, such as CaptivateIQ
- Proficiency with Excel reporting and analysis
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with comfort working directly with Sales leadership and handling sensitive compensation conversations
- Ability to work independently, with a hands-on style and willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
