## What they're looking for

- Promote AI-driven automation across the platform by actively exploring, piloting, and implementing solutions such as Einstein, Agentforce, and LLM-assisted development workflows
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools while following development standards
- Contribute to CI/CD modernization efforts, including AI-assisted code reviews and test automation
- Support and improve billing and Quote-to-Cash workflows as part of the broader platform, working closely with product and finance teams as needed
- Work closely with product managers, architects, QA, and other Business Systems Engineers during sprint execution, technical design, and code reviews
- Ensure solution quality through unit testing and automated test coverage. Partner with Production Support on root cause analysis when issues arise
