## About the role

The Associate Director will partner closely with Product Management, R&D, Applications, Commercial, and Marketing Communications to translate scientific innovation into successful product launches and sustained commercial growth. This role combines strategic leadership with scientific expertise to drive product positioning, commercialization planning, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing while developing a high-performing Product Marketing team.

## What they're looking for

- MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Genomics, or a related scientific discipline required
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or molecular diagnostics
- 2–4 years of people management experience with demonstrated success developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience leading product commercialization and product marketing initiatives
- Experience participating in or leading cross-functional new product development teams
- Strong understanding of genomics, molecular diagnostics, or related technologies
