## About the role

Watchmaker Genomics is inviting applications for an on-site, full-time ERP Application Engineer based in our Boulder office. This position reports to the ERP Enterprise Solution Engineer in Cape Town and is the primary local ERP support resource for Boulder users. The role provides hands-on application support, helps users execute approved business processes and ensures operational issues are resolved quickly or escalated with clear business context.

## What they're looking for

- ERP Application Support: Hands-on experience supporting users in a manufacturing ERP, Epicor Kinetic experience is strongly preferred
- Business Process Knowledge: Practical understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, quality and customer-facing ERP workflows
- Requirements Analysis: Experience gathering business use cases, mapping processes and translating user needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Operational Troubleshooting: Strong application-support, ticket-triage, evidence-gathering and escalation skills
- Testing and Training: Experience with UAT, defect documentation, rollout support, user training and adoption activities
- NPD and Regulated Operations: Experience supporting product launches, customer-driven changes or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred
