## About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused and analytically-minded individual to be a member of our San Francisco office on the Sustainability data advisory team. This is an opportunity to join a core team at a growth-stage start-up that works with the world's top companies to accelerate their sustainability programs.

## What they're looking for

- Have 5-6 years of experience in a consulting, solutions-engineering, or other customer-facing role. You are excited to work directly with customers to help them set the foundation for world-class sustainability programs
- Have experience in sustainability-related fields, greenhouse gas accounting and/or ESG reporting
- Are an excellent verbal and written communicator. You can communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Learn quickly and operate well in ambiguity. You are organized, systematic, and efficient. You thrive in a high-volume environment
- Think clearly about complex problems, and are comfortable using and speaking to data. You are meticulous and detail-obsessed
- Are passionate about solving climate change and excited to contribute to doing so at a fast-paced startup
