## About the role

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will join WEBTOON's Global Brand Task Force, working cross-functionally with teams around the world to build the brand foundation for WEBTOON in the U.S. and, ultimately, globally. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Partnerships within the EN Brand & Audience Development team, you’ll play a high visibility role at the center of how WEBTOON shows up in the world.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within entertainment or fandom-driven industries
- Proven experience developing brand strategies and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of the U.S. entertainment landscape, media ecosystem, and consumer trends
- Experience working within a global organization, with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence teams without direct authority
- Experience collaborating with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop impactful creative campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage consumer research, brand tracking, and campaign performance data to inform strategy
