## About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Platform Growth Associate to ensure the smooth, timely, and compliant delivery of content, promotional assets, creator communications and user-facing features across the CANVAS platform. This role is critical to maintaining the platform's daily health, supporting key business initiatives, and enabling a seamless experience for our millions of readers and creators.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in a digital operations, content operations, web/mobile platform operations, or digital media role
- Bilingual fluency in German Required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills, with a proven ability to work with global teams across a variety of time zones
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or scheduling tools in a publishing or platform environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in professional copywriting/copyediting for user-facing content (e.g., push notifications, banners)
- High level of proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable)
