## About the role

We’re hiring an Agent Liquidity Lead in Sierra Leone. The successful candidate will effectively manage agent liquidity and cash operations in Sierra Leone, to ensure that our agent liquidity and customer needs at agents are sufficiently and cost effectively met. They will continually review and improve agent liquidity, CIT operations and security standards and processes and ensure strict SLA adherence to all cash operations core requirements with Cash In Transit firms, our staff and our agents.

## What they're looking for

- Fluency in English & Krio
- 5+ years of experience in Cash movements / Cash-In-Transit / Treasury
- 2+ years of experience in team management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting , Business Management or comparable field
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google sheet
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Sierra Leone
