## About the role

We are looking for a Field Officer to manage product rollouts in Niamey as we launch our business in Niger. You will also represent Wave, oversee our distribution and marketing, interact with users, and interview people about their needs and problems regarding money transfer and financial services. ## What they're looking for

- Fluent in English & French with ideally a good command of one additional local language
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, specifically managing an agent network in Niger, including a minimum of 1 year of experience managing field-based teams
- Familiar with Tahoua and Tilaberi, Niamey, Maradi and Dosso
- Are excited about working in the field, as this is a largely field-operations role
- Detail-oriented and seek to achieve excellence in everything you do
- Are a clear and proactive communicator, able to independently follow through on tasks and able to manage team priorities effectively
