## About the role

As Wave continues to grow in The Gambia, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into impactful execution—coordinating product launches and customer-facing initiatives that strengthen Wave’s presence and relevance across the market.

## What they're looking for

- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing
- Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields (marketing, communication, sales, business development, etc)
- Are super detail-oriented and organized
- Can step back to design a high-level marketing strategy, then roll up your sleeves to manage the day-to-day execution details
- Have a deep understanding of customer behavior and translate those insights into high-impact campaigns
