As we launch in DRC, the Training Regional Lead will focus on strategic planning and rigorous supervision of all training activities. The role involves setting the foundation for the country's training objectives and ensuring high-quality support for the Agent Network. - Fluent in French, English, and good command of local languages
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, specifically managing training or an agent network
