## About the role

We are looking for a Head of Growth who can take full ownership of our growth engine. Someone who understands both enterprise and PLG motions, who can work directly with the CEO, and who can turn our momentum into predictable revenue. You will shape positioning, drive acquisition, optimize funnels, and scale Waydev AI globally.

## What they're looking for

- Build and lead the full growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
- Own PLG experiments across the Waydev AI funnel, from first touch to paid conversion
- Design high quality campaigns across SEO, paid, social, content, and developer focused channels
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create strong enterprise growth loops
- Build the analytics foundation for forecasting, attribution, and reporting
- Work with Product to define growth features, onboarding paths, and in product journeys
