## About the role

Serves as the final operational check for final documents and funding, managing complex disbursements and ensuring adherence to internal financial controls Manages the closing workflow, ensuring timely package generation, accurate fee reconciliation and adherence to TRID timelines across the team

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years mortgage loan closing and funding experience in a Senior or Team Leader capacity, including hands-on post-closing exposure such as investor conditions, trailing documents and purchase suspense resolution
- Experience in a broker or correspondent environment a plus
- Experience preparing wire orders and conducting funding authorization reviews
- Proficiency in LOS systems, document preparation software and closing platforms
- Proficiency reading and interpreting XML and MISMO files
- Working knowledge of take-out investor delivery and purchase requirements, and of warehouse line funding workflows
