## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field, minimum 1 year of people management experience
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for an executive audience
- Deep expertise in developing, administering, and communicating sales compensation plans to various audiences, from sales representatives to senior leaders
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and HR, proven ability to influence senior leadership
- Proficiency with compensation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Salesforce), familiarity with deal desk or custom pricing strategies is a plus
