## About the role

We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Emerging Products to help us take the next generation of Webflow, new AI-native products, from prototype to general availability and build the execution systems that let Webflow launch new products predictably. This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

## What they're looking for

- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of running strategic, cross-pillar programs
- Have taken a new product from zero to launch, or led programs in an incubation, new-venture, or emerging-technology environment where scope, staffing, and requirements were still being defined
- Have built repeatable systems (operating cadences, readiness frameworks, health metrics) that improved execution beyond a single program and were adopted by others
- Are hyper-organized and capable of coordinating across multiple independent work streams and organizations without losing the thread
- Thrive in ambiguity: you frame trade-offs, facilitate prioritization, and bring forward recommended solutions rather than open questions
