## About the role

We are looking for a meticulous, proactive, and forward-thinking Treasury professional to join our finance team. This role is a critical hub for our financial operations, responsible for balancing the firm’s daily cash position, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring strict compliance with industry regulatory requirements.

## What they're looking for

- Liquidity & Positioning: Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure optimal, friction-free liquidity across all corporate and settlement accounts
- Transaction Execution: Review, approve, and execute high-value wires, ACH, and debit card fund transfers to meet daily operational, settlement, and regulatory needs
- Reconciliation & Controls: Oversee the reconciliation of prior-day cash activities to the general ledger, proactively investigate and resolve any discrepancies or complex banking inquiries
- Forecasting & Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis on cash flow forecasts, transforming raw data into actionable insights for senior management
- Process Optimization: Champion an automation-driven mindset by auditing current cash management workflows and designing scalable process or system enhancements
- Audit & Compliance Liaison: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for internal/external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory examination teams
