- Lead U.S. Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing strategy, aligning priorities with the firm’s broader global marketing strategy and business objectives
- Own customer acquisition strategy and performance, optimizing traffic, conversion, customer experience, acquisition costs, and channel investment to drive sustainable and profitable client growth
- Own the development and execution of the U.S. brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and go to market approach across key products and customer segments
- Drive integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support customer growth, and translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
- Lead and develop a high performing marketing organization of approximately 15 to 50 professionals across Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and executive leadership to align marketing priorities, customer experience, and business goals
