## About the role

We're looking for a results-driven, self-motivated, and forward-thinking accountant with broker-dealer accounting experience to join our growing Finance organization. This role will support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting functions for our U.S. Broker Dealer and other U.S. subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and other regulatory reporting requirements.

## What they're looking for

- Daily review and approval of journal entries posted to Oracle, the Company's ERP system
- Daily review and approval of bank reconciliations
- Management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely vendor payments and collection of outstanding receivables
- Review and approval of all reconciliations, intercompany expense allocations, month-end closing entries and adjustments, and variance analysis, including identification of the reasons behind material changes
- Preparation of month-end Balance Sheet, P&L, Member's Equity, and Cash Flow statements
- Continuous assessment of the closing process to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, and implementation of necessary improvements
