As a Production Engineer at Webull, you will be at the heart of our mission to provide a seamless, top-tier trading experience for millions of global investors. You will serve as the critical technical bridge between our global operations and engineering teams, ensuring the high availability and resilience of our 24/7 trading infrastructure.

## What they're looking for

- Ensure System Resilience: Proactively monitor Webull’s global Order Management Systems (OMS) and mission-critical applications 24/7 to maintain 99.99% system stability
- Strategic Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical liaison between Back-Office Operations and Development teams, manage L1/L2 production incidents and spearhead root-cause analysis (RCA) for L3 escalations
- Incident Management & Orchestration: Partner with the Client Services team to track, prioritize, and resolve client-facing incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction
- Operational Excellence: Streamline daily technical operations and provide expert support for complex database systems and middleware
- Drive Innovation through Automation: Design and build robust scripts, automation frameworks, or AI agents to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance production efficiency
- Global Trading Support: Collaborate across time zones to support global trading sessions, adapting to irregular shifts (including early mornings, late nights, or weekends) as needed
