## About the role

We are looking to bring on a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of corporate, operational, and specialized functions here at Webull.

## What they're looking for

- Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviewing, selection, and offer extension, across all levels and functions of the business
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans to build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, internal networks, employee referrals, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial screens and assess candidates against position requirements, competencies, and organizational values
- Manage interview coordination and scheduling, including gathering availability, coordinating logistics, sending calendar invitations, and ensuring interviewers and candidates have clear schedules and expectations
- Maintain accurate candidate records, update applicant statuses, and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment process
- Analyze trends (e.g., pipeline health, hiring outcomes, program effectiveness) and provide insights and recommendations to improve strategies and recruitment processes
