## About the role

The primary objective of this role is to review customer transactions and transfer activity to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while supporting a fair, transparent, and trusted platform for our clients.

## What they're looking for

- Investigate Transaction Monitoring and KYT alerts from the transaction monitoring and blockchain analytics systems
- Review Sanctions and Adverse Media screening alerts and disposition or escalate as needed
- Reviewing transaction activity for manipulative trading practices, suspicious activity, issues with execution or routing, and potential financial crimes
- Conduct thorough Blockchain Tracing investigations into potential financial crimes, including AML, fraud, and violations of sanctions
- Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Cyber Security, and other teams on cross-department investigations, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines imposed by regulatory bodies
- Developing and enhancing surveillance, monitoring, and investigation processes, continuously improving strategies, tools, and processes to stay ahead of emerging risks
