## About the role

This role partners closely with site leadership to deliver strong frontline people support. This role ensures smooth day to day HR execution, high engagement and retention, effective employee relations, and full compliance while helping the operation scale through growth and change.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of HR Generalist or People Partner experience in field-based, multi-site, fulfillment, logistics, or operational environments
- Experience managing day-to-day HR administration including employee relations, workers’ compensation, compliance, onboarding, and performance management
- Working knowledge of employment law and OSHA requirements
- Demonstrated ability to support hourly and frontline workforces in fast-paced operational settings
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance empathy and firm, fair decision-making
