## About the role

The Regional Buyer I sources, plans, and replenishes the regional assortment to drive sales, margin, and customer satisfaction. You'll bring the "art" to the "science": pairing market intuition and negotiation skill with data and analytics to get customers the products they love. You'll step in quickly, own on-the-ground execution in the region, and can grow into the Regional Merchandising Manager's right hand.
