## About the role

We're looking for someone to be the right hand to Wefunder's founder & CEO. You'll report directly to Nick, master how the operation works today, and position it for serious growth as regulation opens up. This isn't a caretaker role. You'll set the direction, drive urgency, and keep us profitable — all while staying lean. We'd rather ship smarter with AI, automation, and great product than hire our way out of problems.
