Wellist is hiring a Benefits Content and Implementation Manage r to work with employer clients, turn their benefit materials into clear employee resources, and manage the setup and launch of those resources in our platform. ## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration or management, benefits consulting or brokerage, vendor implementation or onboarding, HR, healthcare, operations, analytics or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, detail-intensive projects involving multiple stakeholders and significant amounts of information
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high personal standard for accuracy and completeness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sense of complex information and apply frameworks consistently
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex benefit offerings into clear, engaging employee-facing content. Experience in benefits, communications or content writing is a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality
