## About the role

As Senior Manager, Client Engagement, you will own engagement strategy and execution across our employer clients. You will identify opportunities to improve enrollment, develop targeted campaigns, manage execution, and help clients understand what is driving results. This is an individual contributor role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
