## What they're looking for

- Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics/Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics), Science Degree or related field
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ yrs experience
- Knowledge in SPC, Lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma, FMEA+, 8D will be an added advantage
- Computer literate i.e., Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, Word), Minitab, Spotfire, etc
- Communication skill, Presentation skill
- Well communication in English written, listening and verbal
