## About the role

The Data Analytics / Computer Science Intern will join Western Digital's Head Backend Business Unit for a structured 3-6 month internship at the Philippines site (PHO). This role sits within the Engineering organization and is designed to introduce data-savvy students to the world of manufacturing analytics in a precision technology environment.

## What they're looking for

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering with a strong analytics/programming focus, or a related field
- Minimum 3rd-year standing
- Proficiency in Python and/or SQL
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis or data visualization through academic projects, competitions, personal projects, or similar experience
- Available for a 3–6 month internship
- The internship is intended for students whose academic program requires or allows an internship for academic credit
