## About the role

The Engineering Intern will join Western Digital's Head Backend Business Unit for a structured 3-6 month internship program at the Philippines site (PHO). The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to precision manufacturing operations, specifically slider processing and HGA (Head Gimbal Assembly) assembly within the storage technology industry.

## What they're looking for

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum 3rd-year standing, rising seniors are preferred
- In good academic standing
- Available for a 3–6-month full-time or part-time internship
- The internship is intended for students whose academic program requires or allows an internship for academic credit
