- 新製品開発における製品コアチームの一員であるNPI Program Manager は、新製品開発フェーズにおける NPI(新製品開発) 活動全体を統括し、関連部門へタイムリーに状況を共有・報告する。
- コアチームでの製品仕様と開発方針, 認定計画の協議と、決定事項の部門展開
- QSRに向けた認定計画に則った、部品構成計画の設定と展開
- HDD製品における新製品開発プログラムを担当し、開発初期フェーズから工場導入および量産立上げまでを一貫してリード
- 部門横断のチームに対して技術およびプログラム面でのリーダーシップを発揮し、新製品導入の成功、事業目標の達成、ならびに開発・製造プロセスの継続的改善を推進
- NPI Build ステータス／進捗のタイムリーな更新および共有と管理および製造プロセス関連問題の解決までのトラッキング
