WD is looking for a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of Workplace Experience to lead the strategy and execution of an exceptional employee experience across our global workplace portfolio. This is not a traditional facilities role, we're looking for someone who understands that the best workplaces where culture, community, and connection come alive every single day.

- 10+ years in workplace /employee experience, or hospitality
- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Proven experience building and scaling programs across multiple sites or geographies
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels especially C-Suite
- Budget management experience across vendors and programs
