## About the role

As the Technician IV, Engineering – Data Management, System Support and Troubleshooting, you will be responsible for supporting and sustaining data analytics and monitoring solutions that enable accurate, timely, and reliable business reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining dashboards and monitoring systems, ensuring data integrity and operational visibility across critical processes.

## What they're looking for

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer System Management, Information System Management or a related field of study
- Atleast 3 years of work experience in data processing, maintaining dashboards, reporting and monitoring processes
- Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred
- Ability to analyse data, identify issues and recommend solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure data accuracy and integrity
