## About the role

The Manufacturing Automation Engineer at Westmag will develop and implement innovative automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of our drone motor and robot actuator manufacturing processes. You will work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to design, install, and maintain automated systems that scale production capacity while ensuring product excellence.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing automation, robotics, or controls engineering
- Proficiency with PLC programming, industrial control systems, and automation software
- Experience with robotic systems integration and machine vision preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to document and present technical information
