## About the role

Work on the production floor supporting advanced manufacturing of drone motors and robotic actuators. Assist with assembly, process documentation, and production-line setup and improvements.

## What they're looking for

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Engineering, Operations, Business, or a relevant field
- Strong interest in robotics, drone technology, manufacturing, or technology startups
- Previous internship or project-based student org experience (Formula SAE, Rocketry, Design Build Fly, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of relevant tools or software (CAD, Excel, data analysis, etc.) preferred but not required
