## About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager (NDAA) at Westmag, you will lead and manage the supply chain operations related to the procurement, sourcing, and compliance of components that meet the requirements of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material flow, cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with U.S. government regulations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of NDAA compliance requirements and experience managing supply chains involving regulated components
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and conduct supplier evaluations and audits
- Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and procurement systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
