## About the role

Serve as the technical lead for a highly integrated charging product, owning system architecture and technical direction while driving engineering execution from concept through validation, NPI, and high-volume production Manage and develop a small team of electrical engineers, establishing clear ownership and priorities while providing mentorship, design guidance, feedback, and career development

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, including demonstrated technical ownership of complex hardware products or systems from architecture through validation and production
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals with deep experience in circuit design, power architecture and power management, mixed-signal electronics, digital communication interfaces, component selection, and debugging complex systems
- Demonstrated ability to define system architecture, make cross-functional technical tradeoffs, and translate ambiguous product requirements into clear engineering direction
- Strong hands-on experience with schematic capture, PCB design and layout review, prototype bring-up, characterization, and debugging using ECAD and laboratory test equipment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive technical decisions across multidisciplinary teams and clearly communicate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
