## About the role

Serve as the Finance business partner to the Wholesale organization, providing actionable financial and strategic insights to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability Own and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for Wholesale, including revenue, units, gross margin, and key operational drivers across retailers and products

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or another highly analytical finance role
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with demonstrated ability to translate business performance into forward-looking plans and actionable insights
- Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, and channel economics, including the impact of pricing, product mix, promotions, and other drivers of profitability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, experience with EPM systems, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to identify key business drivers, evaluate tradeoffs, and inform complex decisions
- Highly effective, unbiased communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Can articulate complex data clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders
