## About the role

Own global sourcing and commodity strategies for electrical components and assemblies, including semiconductors, sensors, batteries, PCBAs, displays, connectors, and other critical technologies, establishing supplier, cost, capacity, and risk roadmaps across NPI and sustaining products.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in global supply management, strategic sourcing, commodity management, supplier management, or a related function within a hardware or electronics environment, with experience supporting NPI and high-volume production
- Experience sourcing electrical components or assemblies, with an understanding of markets and cost structures across technologies such as semiconductors, sensors, batteries, PCBAs, displays, or connectors, consumer electronics experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commodity or category strategies spanning supplier selection, cost roadmaps, capacity planning, supplier performance, and supply risk mitigation
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex cost structures, supplier capabilities, capacity constraints, and supply chain tradeoffs while balancing technical and business objectives
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and move effectively between long-term strategy and immediate execution priorities
