## About the role

Own U.S. immigration cases across the full lifecycle, including offer-stage assessments, visa sponsorship, renewals, work authorization, and permanent residency, partnering closely with external immigration counsel Serve as the internal subject matter expert for immigration and global mobility, providing clear and compassionate guidance to employees, candidates, recruiters, People Partners, and business leaders

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of relevant experience in People Operations, immigration, global mobility, or a related field, with hands-on experience supporting immigration or mobility programs
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and work authorization requirements, with the ability to effectively manage cases in partnership with immigration counsel
- Experience supporting international hiring, global mobility, or cross-border employment arrangements, familiarity with contractor compliance across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage external partners, such as immigration counsel, relocation providers, or other People vendors, and hold partners accountable for timely, high-quality service
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with the ability to independently manage multiple time-sensitive cases, deadlines, and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment and empathy to translate complex requirements into clear, practical guidance for employees, candidates, and business partners
