## About the role

Support the implementation, testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization of Workday HCM in partnership with internal stakeholders and implementation partners Serve as the primary Workday resource post-go-live for People & Culture and business users, providing day-to-day functional support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating escalations as needed

## What they're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or a related systems role
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Workday HCM, including business process configuration, organizational structures, reporting, and system maintenance
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or major system go-live, including testing and data validation
- Experience developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee data, organizational structures, and the employee lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
