## About the role

Drive Foundation AI projects from kickoff through development to deployment and stabilization Support the VP of Foundation AI to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of industry experience in program or project management, preferably involving AI/ML, data platforms or large-scale systems
- Experience working with AI or applied ML teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming processes
- Data-driven approach to strategic planning, comfortable reviewing metrics and identifying ways to measure program success
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model training, inference, data pipelines, evaluation, experimentation), hands-on coding experience is not required
- Clear, confident communicator who can bridge deeply technical teams and business stakeholders
