## About the role

Serve as a key analytics partner to the Digital Commerce team, analyzing performance across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels to identify opportunities that drive bookings, conversion, and margin growth. Own analysis of digital pricing and promotions, including incrementality, cannibalization, discount depth, and pull-forward, to inform promotional strategy and investment decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline, ideally within e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, marketplace, subscription, or consumer products businesses
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale transactional and behavioral data, with the ability to independently move from a business question to analysis, insight, and recommendation
- Demonstrated experience building reporting and analytical tools that enable stakeholders to understand performance and make informed business decisions
- Strong business acumen and experience partnering with e-commerce, commercial, merchandising, or other business stakeholders, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations and actions
- Experience with digital commerce analytics, including funnel and conversion analysis, pricing and promotional measurement, merchandising, product mix, or marketplace performance
- Familiarity with experimentation and incrementality measurement, digital analytics or clickstream data, and business intelligence tools such as Sigma is a plus
