## About the role

Lead end-to-end production management across campaigns, product launches, partner shoots, social content, and brand storytelling initiatives. Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Social, Sports & Talent, and Operations teams from concept through final delivery, helping shape production approaches, creative execution, and operational plans.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in integrated production or creative production within agency, media, sports, wellness, entertainment, or consumer brand environments
- Proven experience leading complex productions across campaigns, branded content, social, video, editorial, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Strong creative judgment and experience partnering closely with Brand, Creative, and Editorial teams to execute high-quality storytelling
- Experience managing production timelines, budgets, vendors, external partners, and cross-functional production workflows
- Strong operational mindset with experience building or improving scalable production systems, processes, and workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while bringing structure, clarity, and executional rigor to fast-paced environments
